Delta Waters Road Area
There is an 84 unit multi-family development approved for the corner of Crater Lake Avenue and Delta Waters. This will certainly create a great deal more traffic on an over-burdened corner already. Hopefully part of the development will be to improve the traffic pattern there. I will let you know more as I learn more.
